AND WE’RE OFF!!!

We woke up today before the butt crack of dawn, heading from Quechee, Vermont to the Boston airport via the Dartmouth Coach Bus! We had a few issues getting our bags checked, we both got patted down, and every single bag of ours made the TSA machine angry (shouldn’t have brought 40lbs camera gear), but we made it through!

Courtesy of Bill’s Mom, Cheryl, we did not have to worry about getting any food at the airport, instead we had sandwiches and charcuterie. Nothing better than cheese and crackers before a flight. Thanks to Katie’s dad, Bill, we are now sitting in the luxurious Delta Sky Lounge. We are sipping lattes and hot chocolate, enjoying a final taste of luxury before heading out on our great adventure. Our flight takes off at 11am, after a 15.5 hr flight we will land in Seoul around 4:30pm their time, before heading to Thailand landing around 11pm, exactly 12 hours ahead of EST time.
